Our Mission
This non-denominational, Christian, nonprofit ministry belongs fully to the one living God of the Holy Bible. He is our foundation and has orchestrated every detail. To Him we give all glory. We place our trust in Him as we reach out to college students and young professionals in His name. It is our goal to support you as you live out your faith in the world. We recognize the struggle that lies before you.
We commit to be here for you and support you by:
- infusing your spirit with God’s Truths, as based on the Bible, not our opinions
- helping you see the world from a Biblical worldview and increasing your awareness of how your worldview impacts every life situation and aspect of your life
- offering encouragement and guidance as you make daily choices, many of which can have long-lasting implications
- challenging you to explore your own faith on a deeper level so that you can articulate your beliefs and claim them as your own (and not just rely on what you were told to believe as a child)
- fostering awareness of the facts of the difficult and divisive issues of today, many details of which are manipulated and distorted by the news media
- empowering you to embrace and stand strong in your Christian faith as you stand for Truth and supporting you when you take a difficult stand on an issue
- challenging you to think through issues on a deeper level, and perhaps in new ways, all the while seeking God’s Truth, as found in the Bible
- increasing your awareness of God’s amazing love for you
- bringing you into a community of support with other young adults in The Edge
